My Signature Framework

  • Grace

Grace is the practice of meeting yourself with compassion, especially in the moments when you feel broken, overwhelmed, or unsure how to keep going. It’s the reminder that grief is not a personal failure. It’s a human experience. Grace softens the pressure to “be okay,” allowing you to honor your pain without judgment.

  • Space

Space is the room to breathe, unravel, pause, and process your emotions in your own time. It’s the quiet permission to step back from expectations (yours and everyone else’s) so you can feel what’s true for you. Space gives grief a place to move, change, and eventually settle without being rushed or minimized.

  • Base

Base is the steady ground that holds you when everything else feels uncertain. It’s the combination of support systems, nervous-system tools, community, and connection that help you stay anchored in the hardest moments. Base is where resilience begins, not by pushing through, but by having a foundation strong enough to hold the weight of your story.
