Some clients come for a single grounding session. Others work with me for weeks or months as they move through deeper layers of grief or transition. There is no timeline. We go at your pace.

I facilitate small grief support circles that focus on connection, reflection, and emotional tools. Group programs are announced through my email list. -
No.
If you are in crisis or thinking of harming yourself, please contact your local emergency services or crisis hotline immediately. -
24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Late cancellations or no-shows are charged the full session fee. -
You are welcome to pay for their session, but the person receiving support must complete the intake form and consent to the work.
