Groups + Courses

Where grief meets community, clarity, and grounded support.

Group spaces offer something profoundly healing: being witnessed, understood, and supported by others who “get it.” Whether you join a live circle or move through a course at your own pace, these offerings give you connection, tools, and emotional room to breathe, all within a safe, gentle, trauma-aware container.

Each program is built around conversation, reflection, nervous-system grounding, and the kind of learning that makes you feel a little less alone and a lot more understood.
