Can I request a specific roommate?
Yes! Email hello@chivonnemonaghan.com with your preferred roommate’s full name.
Once both participants have been approved and their deposits received, we’ll pair you together.
TRAVEL & TRANSPORTATION
Which airport should I fly into?
Fly into Guatemala City Airport (GUA).
Is airport transfer included?
Yes. Round-trip transportation to and from the retreat location is included.
Will there be any group travel during the retreat?
Yes. We will take a mid-week group outing, and all transportation for this excursion is provided.

Can I see the full itinerary?
Yes - the detailed itinerary will be provided in your welcome package.
What activities are included?
All included activities will be listed in your official itinerary.
Is there free time?
Yes. You’ll have time to enjoy:
the pool
kayaks
paddle boards
rest spaces
optional paid massage services
Retreats are designed with a balance of structure and spaciousness so you have ample time for integration.
FOOD & DIETARY NEEDS
Can dietary preferences or restrictions be accommodated?

We will do our best to accommodate individual needs.
Are vegan/vegetarian options available?
Yes, both vegan and vegetarian meals will be available.
How are meals organized?
You will receive three fresh, homemade meals per day, except on designated off-site dining days.
PAYMENTS, REFUNDS & COSTS
What is the payment schedule?
A $700 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.
You may choose from:
1-time payment
3-month payment plan
4-month payment plan
What is your refund policy?
More than 60 days before: Payments (excluding the deposit) can be used as credit toward another retreat within 1 calendar year.
Less than 60 days: All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Are there additional costs not included?
Yes, the following are not included:
Optional day trips
Massage services
Off-site meals
Souvenirs or personal purchases
Gratuities for staff, drivers, or guides
Accommodation before or after the retreat

Are any vaccinations required for Guatemala?
There are no mandatory vaccinations, but consult your healthcare provider for personalized advice.

What payment methods are accepted?
Payments can be made via Square, and all major credit cards are accepted.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes - 1, 3, or 4-month plans are available.
Are there group discounts?
Not at this time.
