Grace, Space + Base™

A Compassionate Framework for Healing Through Grief

Find steadiness, belonging, and inner clarity, even when life doesn’t go according to plan.

Why This Framework Exists

Many of us move through grief carrying pain we never learned to name. Society rushes us to “move on,” “get over it,” or “stay strong.” But real healing doesn’t happen that way.

Grace, Space + Base™ was born from my own journey of loss - where old tools failed and I had to find a new way through the broken parts. This framework is the compassionate map I needed and now offer to you: to sit with grief, navigate overwhelm, and rebuild with intention.

What the Framework Is

Three Pillars. One Gentle Path to Integration.

Grace: The practice of meeting yourself with compassion, especially in the moments when you feel broken, overwhelmed, or unsure how to keep going. It’s the reminder that grief is not a personal failure. It’s a human experience. Grace softens the pressure to “be okay,” allowing you to honor your pain without judgment.

Space: The room to breathe, unravel, pause, and process your emotions in your own time. It’s the quiet permission to step back from expectations (yours and everyone else’s) so you can feel what’s true for you. Space gives grief a place to move, change, and eventually settle without being rushed or minimized.

Base: The steady ground that holds you when everything else feels uncertain. It’s the combination of support systems, nervous-system tools, community, and connection that help you stay anchored in the hardest moments. Base is where resilience begins, not by pushing through, but by having a foundation strong enough to hold the weight of your story.
