Participation in a retreat requires a mutual agreement to preserve the emotional safety of all participants. By attending, you (the “Client/Participant”) agree to the following:

1. Confidentiality of Shared Experiences

You agree to keep all personal stories, disclosures, emotional processing, reflections, and discussions shared by others strictly confidential.
This applies to all verbal, written, and shared experiences during:

  • Retreat circles

  • Workshops

  • Breakout groups

  • Group activities

  • Private conversations held with implied confidentiality

You may share your own experience, but not the experiences or identities of others.

2. No Recording or Unauthorized Sharing

You agree not to record (audio, video, or images) during any retreat sessions, workshops, meditations, or circles without explicit written permission from Chivonne Monaghan.

3. Photo + Video Boundaries

Participants may not post photos, videos, or identifiable images of other attendees without their explicit consent.
Retreat host content will only be captured when appropriate and with group awareness.

4. Proprietary & Sensitive Material

Practices, exercises, worksheets, and tools shared during retreats—including the Grace • Space • Base™ framework and After the Fall™ materials—are proprietary and may not be reproduced, distributed, or taught without written permission.

Confidentiality Between Client & Host

In 1:1 conversations, intake forms, and private communications, your information is held in strict confidence. Exceptions apply only when required by law, including:

  • Risk of harm to self or others

  • Court orders or legal mandates

  • Child or vulnerable-person safety concerns

Intellectual Property

All retreat content, including:

  • Worksheets

  • Curriculum

  • Practices

  • Written materials

  • Meditations

  • Frameworks (including Grace • Space • Base™, After the Fall™, Unscripted Grief™)

is protected under copyright held by Chivonne Monaghan.

You receive a single-user license for personal use only.
You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, or use this material for business or teaching purposes without written permission.

Violation of these terms may result in legal action or injunction.
