Meet Your Host - Chivonne Monaghan

Speaker | Author | Grief + Resilience Specialist

Chivonne Monaghan is a grief and resilience author, speaker, and retreat facilitator known for creating deeply supportive, trauma-aware spaces for women moving through loss, overwhelm, and major life transitions. With more than two decades of experience in personal development and emotional healing, she blends somatic practices, nervous-system grounding, gentle movement, and reflective inquiry to guide women back to steadiness and self-connection.

After navigating the profound and complicated losses of her father, stepfather, and former partner, Chivonne’s work expanded into helping others move through grief with more clarity, compassion, and capacity. Her approach is rooted in lived experience, global training, and her signature Grace, Space + Base™ framework: a simple, powerful method for finding your footing when life breaks open.

At each retreat, Chivonne brings a calm, grounded presence that encourages softening rather than striving. She creates restorative environments where women can slow down, breathe, release emotional weight, and reconnect with who they’re becoming; held by nature, community, and trauma-informed guidance.

She believes healing happens in relationship: when we are witnessed without fixing, supported without pressure, and given the spaciousness to feel, express, and rebuild our inner strength.
