Integrate your loss. Rebuild your life. At your own pace.
Hi, I'm Chivonne. After losing three significant men in my life in 2024, I turned my own story into a mission: grounded, trauma-aware grief support for the long, often lonely middle, after the world has moved on. I work with individuals, workplaces and communities navigating every kind of loss.

Grief follows every kind of loss
Grief isn't reserved for a funeral. It shows up whenever something you loved, relied on or expected is gone or changing.
- The death of someone you love
- Divorce or separation
- Estrangement
- A parent with dementia
- A diagnosis or a body that's changed
- Job loss or a career that defined you
- Miscarriage or pregnancy loss
- The loss of a pet
- Loss by suicide or overdose
- A child leaving home
- A future you planned that won't happen
- More than one loss at once
If it changed your life and you're grieving it, it counts.

Speaking + Workshops
Honest, grounded conversations about grief at work and in community
For organizations, conferences, leadership teams, schools and wellness spaces that want to better support people through loss and change, including layoffs or the death of a colleague.
- Keynotes: story-rich talks on grief literacy, emotional capacity and identity after loss
- Workshops + trainings: interactive sessions on grief, burnout and human-centred leadership
- Corporate programs: support for HR teams and leaders with grieving or overwhelmed employees
In eight months, three men I loved died.
One by suicide. One by cancer. And one who has left me with more questions than answers: my father was cremated a week before I even found out he had died. I didn't get to say goodbye. I didn't get any closure.
After two decades in personal development and wellness, every tool I had was tested, and ultimately reshaped. I couldn't find support that could hold all of it, so I built it.
Grief is not something you "get over." You grow around it.
Grace
Softening the inner criticThe permission to rest, let go of the "shoulds," and honour survival as enough. Healing isn't bouncing back. It's learning to exist gently in a new reality.
Space
Room for grief to breatheThe freedom to pause, withdraw, or show up only in ways that feel safe, and to let emotions move through you at your own pace, without apology.
Base
What holds you steadyThe people, practices and resources you can lean on, and the words to ask for what you need. Healing isn't meant to happen alone.
Complex Grief: Finding a Way Forward
I joined CMHA Kelowna's A Way Forward podcast (Episode 22) to talk about complex grief and finding a way forward after loss.

Begin with something gentle. These are free.
You don't have to carry this alone.
This isn't about fixing you or forcing positivity. It's about creating space for truth, integration, and the quiet resilience that grows when we're supported.
